Barbecue, bluegrass coming to Arthur Oct. 7, 8
Arthur will be hosting the eighth annual Central Illinois Braggin’ Rights Barbeque Cook-off (CIBR-BBQ) and the Chet Kingery Memorial Bluegrass Jam in the downtown business district on Oct. 7 and 8. The CIBR-BBQ is an official Kansas City Barbeque Society (KCBS) sanctioned event as well as an Illinois state barbecue championship.
