Scott and Michelle Henderson, owners of Marble Slab Creamery in Savoy, have chosen the Prairielands Council of the Boy Scouts of America as the beneficiary of this year’s Memorial Day event at their store. On Memorial Day, Monday, May 30, Prairielands Council will receive 50 percent of all net proceeds from sales at the Marble Slab Creamery in Savoy.
