Moo Thru comes to Dairy Barn

A Sidney business has added a drive-thru as a way of keeping up with customer demand.
The Sidney Dairy Barn held a ribbon cutting with the Champaign County Chamber of Commerce last week for its new Moo Thru.
Owner Dennis Riggs said there are typically 40 to 50 people in line on the weekends.

Marble Slab hosting blood drive July 21

Marble Slab of Savoy is sponsoring a blood drive with the Community Blood Services of Illinois from 2 to 5 p.m. on Saturday, July 21. Marble Slab will give all presenting donors a free regular ice cream with a mix-in. Donors will also receive a free T-shirt and a chance to win a $100 gas card.


Buffalo Wild Wings holding fundraiser for Run4Raley

Eat dinner at Buffalo Wild Wings on Wednesday, June 20, and a portion of your bill will go to help Run4Raley.
The local company will donate a percent of money spent on food and nonalcoholic drinks at its Savoy location to Run4Raley. The deal is on all day. But you have to let your server know that you are there for the fundraiser.


Buffalo Wild Wings to salute military throughout May

May is Military Appreciation Month. To honor military service members and their families, participating Buffalo Wild Wings restaurants will be supporting the VFW Foundation’s Return the Favor campaign for the second year in row.
