Carrie Busey celebrates cultures

Carrie Busey Elementary School students took a trip around the world without even having to pack a bag during and International Day and International Fair last Thursday.
The International Day in the morning started with a parade of nations in which 36 students wore the costumes of and carried the flags from 18 countries represented in the student population as they entered the commons area. They then took turns saying “hello” in the language of their respective countries.
