Remaining bond money available for projects

The Unit 7 school district has some decisions to make about its bond issues.
Superintendent Andy Larson explained that of the $5.3 million in alternate revenue source general obligation school bonds the district issued in April, $2.3 million remains from that bond issue after paying for a roof project and window replacements at Unity High School.
The district annually brings in about $1.2 million in property taxes and right now spends about $950,000 for bonds.
