Unity student chosen for scholar program

A senior at Unity High School has been nominated to the U.S. Presidential Scholars Program.
Lindsey Decker, daughter of Ed and Kim Decker of Philo, has been nominated for the program, which is one of the nation’s highest honors for high school students.
President Lyndon B. Johnson established the U.S. Presidential Scholars Program through an executive order in 1964 to recognize and honor some of the nation’s most distinguished graduating high school seniors.
