Post offices collect 1,637 pounds of food for hungry

Area post offices collected nonperishable food items to fight hunger on May 10 during the 2014 Letter Carrier’s Food Drive.
Philo, Sidney, Pesotum and Tolono post offices collected for the food pantry at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Tolono. The total food donated to the Tolono Food Pantry was 1,437 pounds.
