Dyson, 96, of Savoy passed away at 2:05 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 27, 2014, at the Champaign-Urbana Regional Rehab Center in Savoy.Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 30, at Renner-Wikoff Chapel, 1900 S. Philo Road, Urbana, with burial to follow at Glen Cemetery in Paxton. Visitation was from 10:30 to 11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.

Berdina Logan, 100, of Sidney passed away at 2:02 p.m. Friday, Sept. 26, 2014, in Monticello.Mrs. Logan was born Oct. 18, 1913, in Cumberland County, the first of six children born to Thomas Denison and Beulah May Roberts. They preceded her in death, as did three brothers, Shelby E. Roberts, Dowe Roberts and Waldo Roberts; and two sisters, Helena Maxine Ragon and Gayle Mary Tharp.

She would have been 93 in November.Her late husband, James C. Wilson, was an All American college football player who was an assistant track coach at the University of Illinois at the time of his death.
