Rockets go to 6-0 with road win at Paris

The Unity Rockets boys’ basketball team led by as many as 17 points early in the fourth quarter but had to withstand a five-minute scoring drought and a furious Paris rally to hold off the host Tigers 56-52 in a nonconference game Tuesday night. The win was the Rockets’ sixth without a loss during the first two-plus weeks of the season and put Unity more than halfway toward equaling the total number of victories they achieved all of last season (11).
Unity broke open a close game in the second half, turning a six-point halftime lead into a 16-point advantage after three quarters.
