Unity boys grind out 10th victory at SJO Shootout

The Unity Rockets boys’ basketball team returned from its holiday break Saturday by competing in the Christie Clinic Shootout at St. Joseph-Ogden High School. The Rockets’ opponent at SJO were the Panthers of Paxton-Buckley-Loda, and although the game was ugly from time to time, Unity came away with a 45-35 victory, their 10th win of the season against just one loss. The triumph also marked the third straight game and sixth time this season the Rockets have held an opponent under 40 points in a victory.
