Rockets’ JV posts 3rd win of season

The Unity junior varsity football team played less than a half against St. Joseph-Ogden Monday night before weather forced the cancellation of the rest of the game, but it was more than enough time for the Rockets to post a 39-6 win over the Spartans, their third win without a loss this season.
Unity wasted little time getting on the board, as Quinn Shannon ran for more than 60 yards and a touchdown on the first play from scrimmage. The Rockets build their lead up to 32-0 in the first quarter, then added seven more points in the second period when the defense returned an interception for a score.
