Lack of offense hurts Rockets

The Unity High School girls’ basketball team has been having difficulty finding the bottom of the basket during its recent seven-game losing streak. Since the streak began on Dec. 27 in a loss to Springfield Southeast at the Decatur Eisenhower Holiday Tournament, the Rockets have scored less than 40 points in four games, including the last three contests. In their most recent games, Unity lost to Bloomington Central Catholic 65-36 Thursday night at Bloomington, and to Tuscola 37-24 Saturday at the Rocket Center.
